Job Description
Gateway Gulf Group of Companies is looking for Operations & Documentation Coordinator who have 3/4 years experience in vehicle documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process vehicle gate passes and access permits for ADNOC onshore/offshore sites.
- Handle ADNOC documentation requirements including vehicle registration, insurance, driver licenses, training certificates, and compliance records.
- Ensure all vehicles meet ADNOC technical, safety, and branding requirements prior to site entry.
- Monitor expiry dates for vehicle passes and related documents; initiate timely renewals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HSE, logistics, PRO) to collect required approvals and supporting documents.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, ADNOC standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or related degree.
- Minimum 4 years experience with ADNOC standards.
- Able to handle workload.
