Description:
Ahalia Group is currently hiring experienced Operation Theatre (OT) Nurses for its healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. The organization is looking for qualified nursing professionals who are passionate about patient care and experienced in handling operation theatre procedures and clinical support responsibilities.
Candidates who have successfully passed the DOH examination or already hold a valid DOH license will be considered for this opportunity. Preference will be given to applicants with prior OT experience and those who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures
• Prepare operation theatre equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain accurate patient and surgical records
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth OT operations
• Follow hospital safety standards and healthcare protocols
Requirements:
• DOH Exam Passed or valid DOH License required
• Previous Operation Theatre nursing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of OT procedures and patient care practices
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage
Strong knowledge of:
• Operation Theatre procedures
