Amir Al Guhair is currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join the team in Dubai. This role is strictly open to female applicants only (non-negotiable), and candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
- Support different departments with coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Immediate availability is an advantage
