We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Assistant to anchor our administrative and financial functions in Nakuru. This role is a hybrid of general office coordination and essential bookkeeping. You will be the primary point of contact for daily transaction monitoring and the supervision of the cashiering team. Financial Support & Cash Oversight
Compile and prepare essential financial accounts and supporting documentation for management review.
Maintain an impeccable record of daily transactions, ensuring all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Direct supervision of cashiers, including their onboarding, training, and strategic reshuffling to optimize performance.
Enforce strict cash handling procedures to ensure total accountability across all collection points.
Administrative & Operational Coordination
Support the day-to-day business administration to ensure a smooth work environment.
Assist in organizing office operations and improving internal workflows for better productivity.
Provide direct administrative assistance to the management team, including handling correspondence and filing.
Manage the replenishment of office supplies and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
Professional Background
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a role involving cash management or admin support.
Demographics: Candidates aged 30 years and above are preferred.
