We are looking for an Office Assistant – Permanent Contract
Job Details:
Employment: Full Time
Working Day / Time: 8AM – 6PM (Monday –Saturday)

Education: Hospitality Degree preferred
Main Job Task – Office Support:
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and professional upkeep of office premises including reception, workstations, meeting rooms and pantry always.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff, management and visitors in a professional manner.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms including seating arrangement, refreshments and required materials before and after meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, documents and parcels with proper tracking, distribution and handover records.
Support front desk and administrative staff in daily office operations and coordination tasks
Ensure pantry stock, beverages, consumables and cleaning supplies are always maintained and replenished on time
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, binding and basic document filing as required
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment such as printers, pantry appliances and meeting room setups
Carry out office errands including bank submissions, document delivery, supplier coordination and internal pickups when required
Support movement, arrangement and shifting of office furniture, files or equipment whenever needed
Assist in basic coordination with maintenance and cleaning vendors for office-related services
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards as per company hygiene policies
Support in receiving visitors by assisting reception when required
Monitor and report any maintenance, repair or cleanliness issues immediately to the concerned department
Ensure compliance with office discipline, safety rules and professional behavior standards at all times
Provide general day-to-day support to all departments as instructed by management
Maintain punctuality, discipline and readiness to assist in urgent operational requirements
Ensure office environment is always presentable, organized and service-ready for staff and clients
