We are hiring a dynamic, multitasking Office Admin & Sales Coordinator to handle daily admin tasks, basic accounts, invoicing, documentation, and backend sales support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, or related field
Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong multitasking, organization & punctuality
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Office admin, invoicing, filing & record keeping
Basic accounts maintenance
Backend sales coordination (B2B/B2C)
Application handling & documentation
Daily task management with accuracy & discipline
Job type: Full time
Salary: AED 3,000 a month
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Preference: Female on Own/Husband Visa
Working Hours: 10 AM - 6PM (Mon-Sat)
