Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and support office operations
• Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
