Description:

BRABIM Facility Management is currently seeking a capable and organized Office Admin cum Secretary to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

This role involves handling communication, documentation, coordination tasks, and supporting basic accounting and technical office work. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants with experience in AutoCAD, quotation preparation, and administrative coordination will be preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to daily office operations

• Prepare quotations and related documentation

• Arrange site visits and meetings with clients or teams

• Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence

• Assist with basic accounting tasks and record maintenance

• Support documentation, MCC work, and AutoCAD-related tasks

• Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow and operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in administration or secretarial roles

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AutoCAD

• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage office responsibilities efficiently

Strong knowledge of:
