Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying and investing in off-plan real estate projects.
• Develop strong knowledge of residential communities and property developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote company listings and exclusive property inventory.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth property transaction process.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and close sales effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Off-plan property sales and Dubai real estate market.
• Client relationship management and sales techniques.
