Role Overview
As an Odoo Developer, you will build and adapt Odoo applications to meet client needs, with particular focus on Construction and Project, HR, and Accounting workflows. You will also oversee deployments and support live systems, helping ensure that business processes run reliably across client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules in line with project specifications and operational requirements.
- Design and adjust workflows for Construction and Project, HR, and Accounting functions.
- Deploy and configure Odoo on Ubuntu servers, and maintain systems after launch.
- Investigate application and server issues, improve performance, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Manage backups, updates, and routine maintenance for Odoo environments.
- Plan and complete development and deployment work independently, keeping delivery commitments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
- Practical experience with Odoo Construction or Project, HR, and Accounting modules.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
- Experience managing Odoo installations on Ubuntu, including deployments, backups, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
- Good English communication skills.
