Registered Nurse – Clinical Care
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to positive health outcomes. This role requires clinical competence, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and health information using Health Management Information Systems.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide life support as needed.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from a recognized institution.
- Registered and with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- At least one year of internship clinical working experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
