Non Rotary Equipment - Mechanical FSE

Job Opportunity

Applicants must have deep knowledge of Mechanical Work in the Beverage industry / FHPC. Additional electrical skill is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical works and troubleshooting, including mechanical installation and adjustment.
• Operate on mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate on electro-mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per SOPs.
• Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
• Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
• Submit regular working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
• Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Perform activities in line with SOPs, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
• Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in related field activities. Experience in the beverage industry or equivalent is required.
• Skills: Strong mechanical background with consolidated technical knowledge in mechanical and electromechanical systems. Knowledgeable in pneumatics, reading electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and line layout.
• Travel: Able to travel up to 90% in an international environment.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio (depalleizer, palletizer, or equivalent) and knowledge of process machinery downstream of Sidel equipment.
