Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN).
- Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role in a busy hospital environment.

- Strong clinical leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent patient assessment and critical care coordination skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate nursing teams during high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
