Key Responsibilities:
• Support smooth daily golf operations and guest services across assigned roles
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional interaction with guests
• Assist in managing golf course activities, scheduling, and coordination
• Maintain operational standards and uphold club policies
• Provide support to players, members, and visitors as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless experience
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer service and guest relations
• Golf operations or hospitality industry practices
