World Eats is expanding its operations and is currently hiring for multiple positions across its upcoming Food & Beverage project in Dubai. The company is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join both front-of-house, back-of-house, and creative teams within a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations depending on assigned role (Front of House / Back of House / Creative)
• Ensure high-quality guest service and dining experience
• Manage kitchen, service, or creative workflows efficiently
• Support team coordination and maintain operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service excellence standards
• Contribute to menu execution, preparation, or content creation (role-based)
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage hospitality
• Experience in upper casual dining concepts is required
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Restaurant operations and service standards
• Hospitality customer experience
• Food safety and hygiene practices
• Team coordination and workflow management
