Description:

TechNest Support Center is currently expanding its operations and is looking to hire talented Multilingual Customer Service Representatives, Telesales Agents, and Forex Retention Specialists to join its dynamic financial services team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer engagement, sales, and working in a multicultural environment.

Languages Required:

• Malay (Malaysian Speaker)
• Vietnamese
• Thai
• Bahasa Indonesia
• Japanese
• Cantonese
• Swiss German

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and address client inquiries effectively.
• Explain financial products, trading services, and Forex platforms to clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to improve retention.

Requirements:

• Must currently be residing within the UAE.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills in one of the required languages along with English.
• Prior experience in call center operations, customer service, telesales, or sales roles.
• Experience in Forex, trading, or client retention is considered a strong advantage.
