Job Role

We are seeking a Motorbike Delivery Rider based in the Industrial Area, Nairobi. You will be responsible for delivering goods safely and on time, maintaining your motorbike, and providing excellent customer service on every trip. This role is ideal for an experienced, responsible rider who knows Nairobi’s routes well and takes pride in being punctual and professional.

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Deliver goods promptly and safely to customers within Nairobi and surrounding areas.

• Plan and follow efficient routes using your strong knowledge of Nairobi road networks.

• Verify delivery details (addresses, contact persons, invoices) before dispatch.

• Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.

• Collect payments where required and issue receipts accordingly.

• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit daily reports.

Motorbike Maintenance and Safety

• Conduct daily motorbike inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).

• Keep the motorbike clean and ensure it is serviced as required.

• Immediately report accidents, delays, mechanical issues, or incidents.

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies.

Professional Conduct

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

• Maintain a courteous and reliable image of the business on every delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a delivery rider.

• Strong knowledge of Nairobi routes and traffic patterns.

• Valid riding license with a clean driving record.

• Professional, responsible, and punctual attitude.

• Ability to properly maintain and take care of the motorbike and delivered products.
