Description:
A growing interior design studio in Dubai is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of premium workplace fit-out projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with extensive UAE experience who can manage projects from site mobilization through to final handover.
The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-end interior fit-out developments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards throughout execution.
• Ensure seamless coordination between design and construction teams.
• Supervise project progress and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting client expectations and quality requirements.
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Strong UAE project management experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Currently based in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of:
• Interior fit-out project delivery and site management.
• AutoCAD, MS Project, and project scheduling.
• Budget control, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.
