Mid-Level Developer

Role Overview

You will take ownership of building and refining web applications, automation workflows, and AI-enhanced tools that directly reduce manual effort and improve how teams and clients access and use information. This role is for a developer who is comfortable moving beyond assigned tickets, making technical decisions, and seeing projects through from design to deployment. Your work will span internal systems, client-facing interfaces, and integrations that connect data, documents, and business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, including new features, bug fixes, and usability improvements.
• Build and support automation solutions, including workflow automation, system integrations, and RPA-related processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase reliability.
• Design and implement AI-assisted features within internal tools or select client solutions, and leverage AI tools for research, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions, contributing to design decisions and accurate effort estimates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and deployment environments, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
• Support the full release lifecycle, including testing, deployment, post-release validation, and documentation of implementation details and support materials.
• Continuously improve development workflows, debugging practices, and deployment processes to make the team more efficient and consistent.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Several years of professional experience developing and supporting web applications, internal business tools, or client-facing software platforms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.
• Practical experience integrating with APIs, working with data-driven applications, and implementing backend logic beyond static frontends.
• Solid understanding of version control workflows and collaborative development practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to trace issues through application layers and environments.
• Comfort managing your own workload with moderate supervision, communicating progress and blockers clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical decisions to mixed audiences.
• Familiarity with internal workflow platforms, automation tools, or RPA technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or modern hosting platforms is preferred.
• Experience with testing, QA processes, or application monitoring is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools or projects with AI-enabled functionality is beneficial.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in a consulting, services, or operations environment is a plus.
