Job Overview

Our client, a forward-thinking pharmaceutical company, is seeking proactive and self-driven Medical Representatives to join their growing team. This role is designed for individuals who can bridge the gap between pharmaceutical innovation and clinical practice. You will be responsible for representing the company’s product portfolio to medical professionals, ensuring high brand visibility, and driving demand through strategic relationship management. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a strong scientific background or an emerging sales professional, this position offers a structured path to excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Detailing & Relationship Management

  • Organize and conduct one-on-one appointments and formal presentations with doctors and medical consultants.

  • Build and nurture sustainable business relationships with healthcare providers, retail pharmacies, and wholesalers.

  • Act as a professional liaison, ensuring that medical practitioners are well-informed about the clinical benefits and applications of the company’s products.

Market Development & Demand Creation

  • Execute strategies to create demand for existing product lines and successfully launch new pharmaceutical entries into the market.

  • Coordinate and attend Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and medical conferences to enhance brand authority.

  • Manage post-meeting follow-ups to convert clinical interest into consistent product uptake.

Sales Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on quarterly sales performance against set targets, implementing corrective strategies where necessary.

  • Gather and provide real-time market feedback regarding product performance and competitor activities.

  • Track market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within your assigned territory.

Qualification & Requirements 

Professional Background

  • Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry or Biomedical Sciences.

  • Experience Level: Entry-level; we encourage both fresh graduates and experienced representatives to apply.

  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
