Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment by prioritizing workplace safety at all times.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards and objectives.
- Operate hand and power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds effectively.
- Construct and repair masonry structures, including walls and floors.
- Prepare and apply materials like mortar, concrete, and related substances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Carry out finishing tasks such as plastering and tiling.
- Keep tools and equipment well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Trade Test Certificate Grade I or II in Masonry
- 3-5 years of experience in masonry work. Experience in a structured environment is a plus
- Ability to work with various materials (brick, stone, concrete).
- Knowledge of construction safety standards.
