Role Overview
This position focuses on building visibility and demand for the organisation’s mental wellness services across multiple locations. Day to day, the role involves shaping marketing strategies, running awareness campaigns, building referral partnerships, and working closely with clinical teams so that the services reach more people who need them. Success here directly supports the group’s growth targets and helps position mental wellness as a core, trusted part of the care it provides.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute marketing plans that promote mental wellness services and support the overall business goals of the group.
- Design, launch, and assess targeted campaigns aimed at boosting public awareness, professional referrals, and actual service usage.
- Ensure consistent positioning and branding of mental wellness services across all group facilities, digital platforms, and external communications.
- Build and manage referral partnerships with corporate clients, schools, insurers, community groups, healthcare providers, and other institutions.
- Plan and deliver community outreach engagements, mental health awareness events, and educational initiatives that encourage people to seek support.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media content, website updates, and other communication channels to strengthen engagement with the service line.
- Conduct ongoing research into client needs, industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to create accurate service descriptions, marketing collateral, and campaign messages that reflect the true value of the services.
- Identify and recommend new channels for referrals, service uptake, and possible expansion of mental wellness offerings.
- Track campaign results, referral flow, and service adoption, producing regular reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the service line at relevant forums, industry events, and professional gatherings to raise its profile.
- Keep all marketing efforts aligned with the group’s brand standards, internal communication policies, and relevant professional or regulatory guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of professional marketing experience, ideally gained in healthcare, mental health, rehabilitation, or another service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns and growth-oriented initiatives from concept through to result measurement.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media management, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or business development is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with frequent travel across the group’s different facilities and various external locations as the role requires.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical marketing actions.
