Role Overview
This position is central to driving patient volume and brand awareness across a network of clinics. Day-to-day work includes planning and running both online and offline campaigns—from social media content creation and paid ad management to organising community health events and in-clinic promotions. The role directly supports growth targets by increasing footfall, improving patient retention, and tracking the impact of every marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and physical) aimed at boosting visits for services such as screenings, vaccinations, and wellness packages.
- Oversee clinic social media presence—creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with the audience to maintain an active brand voice.
- Manage paid advertising efforts across Google and Meta platforms, optimising to drive appointment bookings and track return on spend.
- Coordinate on-ground activations, outreach events, and community partnerships to strengthen local presence and attract new patients.
- Produce and maintain clinic-branded materials (banners, flyers, posters) and collaborate with medical teams on in-clinic promotional displays.
- Support patient acquisition initiatives through loyalty programmes, referral schemes, and campaigns targeting corporate or insurance channels.
- Create straightforward, compelling content for social posts, email blasts, SMS campaigns, and internal communications about new services or offers.
- Track key performance indicators—campaign reach, engagement, conversion rates, patient growth per clinic, and cost per acquisition—and deliver weekly or monthly reports with actionable insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, with proven ability to run digital campaigns from planning to optimisation.
- Healthcare marketing experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Practical proficiency with digital tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and either Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt brand tone across different channels.
- Demonstrated content creation skills—from writing short copy to designing simple visuals.
- Event planning and coordination experience, particularly for community or clinic-based activations.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, adhere to budgets, and report on campaign data with clear recommendations.
