Job Description
Role Overview
This role is the driving force behind our healthcare brand’s market presence, turning clinical expertise into accessible patient-facing communications. Day-to-day, you’ll craft digital campaigns, nurture referral relationships with local practitioners, and analyse campaign performance to refine our outreach. Your work directly supports patient acquisition and community trust in a sector where clarity and empathy are as important as data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid search, print) tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Manage the organisation’s social media calendar, creating and scheduling original content that educates, engages, and builds credibility.
- Draft press releases, patient newsletters, and provider communication materials in collaboration with clinical leadership.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on design, printing, and digital advertising placements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (website traffic, lead generation, patient appointment conversions) using analytics tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including clinic signage, online directories, and patient portals.
- Support the planning and execution of community health events, webinars, or open-house days.
- Conduct competitor analysis and patient surveys to identify market trends and unmet needs in the local healthcare landscape.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a directly related field.
- Minimum two years of hands-on marketing experience; background in a healthcare or regulated environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex health information in plain, empathetic language – both written and spoken.
- Proven skill in negotiating contracts with media partners, printing houses, or event sponsors.
- Working proficiency with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for non-marketing stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinicians, administrative staff, and external partners in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
What We Offer / Why Join
