- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across every facility, reviewing materials to ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone.
- Manage, coach, and set performance targets for facility marketing officers, providing technical direction and reviewing their execution.
- Lead the digital marketing team on content strategy, creative production, and channel-specific tactics, from social media to paid campaigns.
- Direct the insurance relations officer in driving enrolment with the national health authority and private insurers, and support onboarding of new payer schemes at each facility.
- Oversee the physician relations officer in building referral programs and maintaining strong engagement with doctors and clinical partners.
- Identify and pursue local business opportunities, including corporate client contracts and community group partnerships, and convert leads into active accounts.
- Consolidate market intelligence from all facilities and report actionable insights to group-level marketing leadership, including participation in weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Track and report campaign reach, leads, conversions, ROI, physician referral volume, and insurance-driven growth on a monthly basis.

- Strong project coordination skills across multiple facilities or locations, with experience managing multi-site marketing teams considered a plus.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete, targeted campaigns for different audiences and service lines.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration, working with clinical, administrative, and sales partners to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills, paired with creativity, innovation, and a customer-first mindset.
