FALKENHERZ Group is looking for Marketing Executives to join its growing team in Dubai Internet City. This is a full-time, 100% onsite opportunity for creative marketing professionals who enjoy developing impactful campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving business growth across digital and offline channels.
The successful candidates will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and identify new opportunities through market research and customer insights. Only candidates currently residing in Dubai, UAE, with a valid visa are eligible to apply. Visit visa holders are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, events, print, and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate campaign content and creative assets with designers, agencies, and external partners.
• Manage campaign budgets, schedules, vendors, and project timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing strategies.
• Support paid advertising, social media growth, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Candidates must currently reside in Dubai and be available for 100% onsite work.
• Valid UAE visa or visit visa.
• Experience in salon or supermarket marketing is an advantage.
• E-commerce marketplace, influencer marketing, content creation, design, or video editing experience is a plus.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Analytics (GA4).
• Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Canva and content creation tools.
• Social media, email, and influencer marketing
