Marketing Executive

Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will manage social media activity for multiple brands, taking content from the initial idea through design, publishing and performance review. Your work will help strengthen each brand’s online presence and create campaigns that connect with audiences in the UAE, particularly across real estate and luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain social media calendars for multiple brands, coordinating content across relevant channels.
• Design platform-ready posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and campaign assets using the brand’s visual direction.
• Develop content concepts and campaigns intended to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Write clear, engaging Arabic and English hooks, captions and short-form video scripts.
• Track changes in social media formats and trends, adapting ideas to suit each brand and its audience.
• Work with the video production team to shape social content from concept to finished material.
• Review account and campaign performance, monitor growth metrics and prepare reports with useful findings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Executive, including measurable audience or engagement growth.
• Strong graphic design skills and practical experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva Pro; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and social media content work.
• Good working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, audience engagement and social media management.
• Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to develop creative content plans and execute campaigns with clear objectives.
• Experience with real estate or luxury brands is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related discipline is indicated as an estimated qualification.
