Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign execution. In this role, you will support end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for our SaaS solutions, translating technical product features into compelling customer-focused messaging while driving multi-channel campaigns and measuring performance through data-driven insights. You will work closely with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and sustained momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning
- Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy alongside product and marketing managers
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer persona development for new solutions
- Coordinate messaging and positioning workshops to ensure consistent brand voice
- Help build the launch timeline and roadmap, tracking milestones across teams
Content & Collateral Development
- Liaise with product and engineering teams to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits
- Draft and coordinate launch collateral – landing pages, brochures, one-pagers, FAQs, and sales enablement decks
- Coordinate with design and creative teams on launch visuals, videos, and branding assets
- Support pricing and packaging communication materials
Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Set up tracking infrastructure (UTM links, analytics dashboards, CRM tagging) to measure launch performance
- Coordinate multi-channel launch campaigns (email, social, paid ads, PR, website)
- Manage the launch content calendar and ensure timely publishing across all platforms
- Draft press releases and coordinate with PR agencies and media contacts
- Organize and support launch events, webinars, or product demos (virtual or in-person)
Post-Launch & Continuous Improvement
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform iteration
- Prepare post-launch performance reports and presentations for leadership
- Support ongoing nurture campaigns to sustain momentum after initial launch
- Coordinate case studies, testimonials, or success stories once early adopters are onboarded
- Identify opportunities for follow-up campaigns or phase-2 marketing pushes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Google Ads, Analytics, or digital marketing certifications preferred
- Exposure to GTM strategy support and product marketing
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to translate technical product features into customer-centric messaging
- Experience driving multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring performance
- Proficiency with marketing tools (analytics platforms, CRM, content management systems)
