A premium retail brand in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Luxury Store Manager specializing in menswear. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in luxury retail who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, leading a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with high-end clientele. A deep understanding of the UAE luxury retail market and a results-driven mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and achieving targets
• Provide a personalized and high-end customer experience tailored to luxury clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth customers
• Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated retail team to achieve excellence
• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards and enhances store presentation
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention measures
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to exceed sales goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager within the luxury menswear retail sector
• Mandatory prior experience working in the UAE retail market
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• In-depth understanding of the UAE luxury retail landscape
• Russian language proficiency is preferred
• Sales-driven professional with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
