Logistics & Operations Executive (On-Ground)

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage the physical flow of goods and ensure smooth on-ground operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate distribution activities, work closely with port authorities and logistics partners, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage local distribution operations to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Coordinate with port authorities, transport companies, and 3PL providers for smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers or warehouses.
- Handle on-ground operational issues and troubleshooting related to transportation, delivery, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movement, and delivery status.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements
- Experience with UAE transport regulations and logistics procedures.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

- A hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail.
- Practical experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in the UAE.
- Capable of managing on-ground challenges and ensuring smooth operational flow.
