Logistics & Documentation Executive (Junior)

A reputed Dubai Freezone-based trading and logistics group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Documentation Executive to join its expanding operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain management.

The selected candidate will support day-to-day logistics and documentation processes across multiple group companies, ensuring smooth coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in import/export operations, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced and structured business environment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery orders

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies, and suppliers

• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and clearance status

• Maintain accurate internal records and tracking sheets

• Support import and export operations across multiple group companies

• Assist in ensuring smooth logistics workflow and documentation accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (logistics or business preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry skills

• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently

• UAE-based candidates preferred (visa may be considered for suitable profiles)

• Strong knowledge of:

• Shipping and logistics documentation

• Import/export procedures

• Microsoft Excel and data management

• Internal reporting and tracking systems
