Description:
CCECC Dubai is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support its growing project team working on major infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in project logistics, material coordination, and site operations, particularly within Dubai infrastructure and RTA-related projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics activities, coordinating deliveries, supporting equipment mobilization, and ensuring smooth site operations. Candidates with strong organizational skills, knowledge of HSE requirements, and experience managing suppliers and subcontractors are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment mobilization, and site logistics activities.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor coordination to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and material tracking.
• Prepare logistics schedules and support project planning requirements.
• Resolve site delivery challenges and ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain proper logistics documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Support effective communication between project teams, suppliers, and site personnel.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working on Dubai infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with RTA projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics coordination and site operations.
• Experience in material tracking, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to prepare logistics plans and schedules.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and logistics documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
