Industry: Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding

Gender: Male
Languages: Arabic & English – Mandatory
Experience: 2–3 Years

We are Looking for a male Operations Coordinator with strong Arabic , English and Malayalam communication skills to coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, ensure smooth movement of shipments, maintain accurate operational records, and provide effective communication with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

Candidate should have experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, with good knowledge of UAE logistics operations.

2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation operations.

Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking customers and clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp when required.

Follow up on customs clearance, delivery, pickup, transportation, and shipment documentation.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
