A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join its legal team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with a solid background in corporate and commercial law who are passionate about providing high-quality legal advisory services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating commercial contracts, supporting arbitration proceedings, and providing legal guidance while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Strong English communication skills and UAE legal experience are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advisory services related to corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist with arbitration proceedings and prepare the required legal documentation.
• Ensure legal compliance and support the organization on contractual and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely legal guidance.
Requirements:
• LL.B. Degree.
• UAE legal experience in corporate law, commercial law, and legal advisory services.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Knowledge of arbitration proceedings, including the preparation of legal documents.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
