Description:
Vincitore Realty is seeking an experienced Leasing Expert to manage residential and retail leasing activities in Dubai. This role is ideal for results-oriented real estate professionals who have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
The successful candidate will develop leasing strategies, build strong relationships with tenants and brokers, and manage leasing transactions in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. Candidates with extensive UAE leasing experience and strong connections within the property sector will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to increase occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Source potential tenants and manage lease negotiations from initial inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and key market stakeholders.
• Handle residential, retail, and commercial leasing activities.
• Analyze market trends, rental pricing, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and provide regular updates on market performance.
• Support business growth through strong client relationships and successful deal closures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE real estate leasing experience.
• Strong expertise in residential, retail, and commercial leasing.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Well-established network with brokers, corporate clients, and real estate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve leasing targets.
