Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with a Master's Degree in a related field
- Valid KMLTTB registration and practicing license required
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing hospital laboratory operations
- Strong technical experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Blood Bank, and QMS
- Experience in ISO 15189, lab audits, accreditation standards, biosafety, and lab operations management
