We are looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality meal service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Do food purchasing and other kitchen supplies
- Monitor consumption and ensure accountability
- Cook and ensure food is cooked properly and served on time
- Ensure patients are served as requested
- Ensure no wastage of food
- Ensure the kitchen is neat and clean
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy institution
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
