Smart Manpower is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to build a career in data analysis and business intelligence.
The successful candidate will work with data to generate meaningful insights, support reporting activities, and assist in decision-making processes. Applicants with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, and knowledge of Power BI or Tableau are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and organize data to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Work with SQL to retrieve, manage, and analyze datasets.
• Develop Pivot Tables and utilize advanced Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Support the creation of dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven insights and analytical support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
