Junior Accountant (Receivables)

We are hiring a Junior Accountant (Receivables) for immediate placement to support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on accounts receivable. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can efficiently manage receivables while maintaining accurate financial records.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing activities, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collections while coordinating closely with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts receivable activities and actively following up on outstanding payments
• Preparing invoices, payment reminders, and detailed customer statements
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments and clients regarding payment-related matters
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting requirements
   

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounting or receivables role
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong communication skills with good organizational abilities
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
