Description:
Zline is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Key Account Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The company is seeking a professional who can effectively manage accounting support tasks, customer account coordination, invoicing activities, and client relationship management within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial administration tasks
• Prepare invoices, payment reminders, account statements, and related financial documents
• Maintain and manage customer accounts with accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support customer requirements and business activities
• Assist in account reconciliation processes and prepare basic financial reports
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of accounting records
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments, account updates, and financial matters
• Support internal teams in maintaining smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting or key account management
• Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting procedures
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience in logistics, trading, or Free Zone companies will be an advantage
• Candidates with sales coordination or client servicing experience are preferred
• Immediate joiners will receive preference during the selection process
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
