A growing company in Dubai is currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to become part of its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to build their accounting career in a professional and supportive work environment.
The company is seeking a candidate who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting activities while supporting finance and administrative operations. Candidates with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and bookkeeping documentation
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment-related entries accurately
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis
• Assist the finance department with VAT filing processes and preparation of financial reports
• Support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance when required
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for internal reference
• Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth financial and operational workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
