A company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with accounting experience who are eager to contribute to daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions, manage accounts payable and receivable processes, prepare financial documents, and ensure compliance with standard accounting procedures. Applicants with UAE accounting experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Ensure financial documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Assist in maintaining organized financial records and supporting routine accounting activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Experience in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
