Accounts Clerk

Role Overview

As an Accounts Clerk at Hafilat Industry LLC, you will help keep the finance team’s day-to-day records accurate and up to date. Your work will include handling routine transaction documents and supporting payable and receivable tasks, including records connected with vehicles, spare parts, and transport costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter routine financial transactions and maintain daily accounting records.
• Check, organise, and process invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
• Record vehicle expenses, spare-parts costs, and transportation-related expenditure.
• Keep financial files and supporting documents orderly and accessible.
• Use Excel and, where applicable, accounting software to update and organise data.
• Provide general support for the finance team’s daily accounting activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Between entry level and two years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accurate data-entry practices.
• Familiarity with invoices, payment records, and related financial paperwork.
• Experience using accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational habits, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred but is not required for fresh applicants.
• No specific educational qualification is stated.
