This position bridges fast-paced culinary execution with consultative guest hospitality; you will manage every variable from direct raw-ingredient quality inspections and machinery calibration through to articulating specific health benefits to discerning clients. Areas of Accountability

Specialized Mixology & Order Customization

• Extract, blend, and present premium juices, macro-nutrient smoothies, and specialized shots in strict alignment with house recipes.
• Tailor beverage compositions fluidly to accommodate specific customer wellness goals, macro preferences, and structural allergen restrictions.
• Calibrate commercial centrifugal extractors, cold-press machinery, and high-velocity blenders to optimize yield and texture.
• Manage portion control metrics diligently to preserve uniform flavor density and control product cost variations.

Culinary Sanitation & Quality Safeguards

• Maintain an immaculate preparation environment, enforcing strict continuous sanitization across cutting stations and extraction components.
• Execute thorough sterilization procedures on commercial machinery components throughout service shifts to avoid flavor contamination.
• Monitor refrigeration heat logs to ensure fresh organic stock remains inside legally dictated crisping temperatures.
• Uphold elite personal grooming benchmarks and strict public health codes governing open-counter culinary interactions.

High-Touch Customer Relations

• Welcome patrons with authentic warmth, navigating them through ingredient menus with polished, friendly communication.
• Detail the functional properties, nutritional values, and sourcing origins of various superfoods and raw roots confidently.
• Maintain sharp spatial awareness to fulfill multiple ticket orders quickly, keeping service windows short during peak hours.
• Process client feedback loops constructively, resolving delivery issues or custom alterations with immediate poise.

Raw Material Logistics & Asset Oversight

• Conduct rigorous inspections on incoming vendor shipments of exotic fruits, local greens, and specialized health powders to ensure top quality.
• Drive material rotation using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) blueprints, logging daily waste counts and ingredient variances accurately.
• Run diagnostic safety checks across bar appliances, filing immediate maintenance alerts for any frayed wiring or dulled blade assemblies.
• Draft operational end-of-shift reports summarizing asset functionality, popular menu trends, and core ingredient stock levels.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

• Academic Foundation: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service, or a directly matching field.
• Industry Longevity: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, verified performance operating as a Barista or Juice Mixologist inside a high-end hotel, luxury café, or premium wellness establishment.
• Machinery Competency: Proven expertise operating, breaking down, and cleaning heavy-duty industrial juicing systems and high-capacity commercial blenders.
• Nutritional Fluency: Practical understanding of organic ingredients, natural supplement pairings, and fundamental food safety guidelines.

• Service Agility: Excellent conversational skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with health-conscious corporate clients and gym members.
