Description:
Eratiana Furniture is urgently seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in joinery production who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficient production processes.
The successful candidate will oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage production teams, ensure quality standards are met, and optimize workflow to achieve production targets. Applicants should have proven experience in joinery manufacturing and be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily joinery production activities.
• Supervise production teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production operations.
