Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Master’s or PhD in Languages, Nursing, or related fields).
Have prior teaching, research, or clinical instruction experience in higher education institutions.
Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and mentorship skills.
Be familiar with curriculum development, student supervision, and international academic standards.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with USIU Africa’s mission of delivering accredited undergraduate to doctoral programs to a diverse student body representing 69 nationalities.
Role‑specific expectations:
Adjunct Faculty (Arabic, English, French, German, Chinese): Deliver language instruction, assess students, and contribute to curriculum development.
Nursing Clinical Instructor: Supervise nursing students in clinical settings, provide practical training, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
