Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in HR, Accounting, Administration, Engineering, ICT, Fashion Design, or Hospitality).

• Have prior experience in administration, technical training, engineering, ICT, or vocational education depending on the role.

• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.

• Be familiar with public technical training standards, workshop/laboratory operations, and compliance frameworks.

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Gichugu TVC’s mission of delivering state‑of‑the‑art technical training.

Role‑specific expectations:

• HR/Accounts/Administrative Assistants: Support HR, finance, and administrative functions.

• Office Assistant / Grounds Attendant / Driver: Provide operational support, facility maintenance, and transport services.

• Engineering & ICT Trainers: Deliver technical training, supervise workshops, and mentor students.

• Fashion & Design Trainer: Teach design skills, tailoring, and creative arts.

• Hospitality Trainer: Provide training in catering, hospitality, and service management.
