Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Transport Planning, Law, HR, Supply Chain, or related fields).
Have prior experience in transport systems, infrastructure development, policy research, legal services, HR, or procurement depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Be familiar with public transport frameworks, integrated mobility systems, and government compliance standards.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with NAMATA’s mandate of establishing an integrated, efficient, and sustainable public transport system in the Nairobi Metropolitan Area.
Role‑specific expectations:
Deputy Directors: Provide strategic leadership, oversee departmental operations, and ensure policy alignment.
Assistant Directors: Support departmental heads, manage projects, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
