Role‑specific expectations:
Head of Commercial, Partnerships & Strategic Communications: Lead sponsorships, partnerships, and external communications strategy.
Tournament Officer: Coordinate CECAFA tournaments, logistics, and compliance with CAF/FIFA standards.
Women’s Football Development Officer: Drive initiatives to grow women’s football across member nations.
Member Associations Officer: Strengthen collaboration with national federations and support governance structures.
