Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Public Health, Social Sciences, HR, or related fields).

Have prior experience in programme management, humanitarian health, quality assurance, or HR services.

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Be familiar with UN systems, international development frameworks, and ICAO governance structures.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with ICAO’s mission of managing the administration and governance of the Chicago Convention.
Role‑specific expectations:

Programme Adviser (Humanitarian SRHR): Provide technical guidance on sexual and reproductive health and rights in humanitarian contexts.

Programme Specialist (Quality Assurance): Ensure programme quality, compliance, and accountability in Nairobi operations.

Programme Analyst (Quality Assurance): Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for programme quality.

Senior HR Business Partner: Lead HR client services, outreach, and workforce planning.
